Besides participation at the exhibition, interested companies are given the opportunity to organise a 40-minutes Seminar during the lunch breaks on Wednesday and Thursday. Only companies participating as exhibitors to HTC-15 will be granted the possibility to book a Vendor Seminar. For organisational reasons a maximum of 3 workshops per day can be held in parallel. Slots will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
The price for a Vendor Seminar includes the following:

• One 40-minutes seminar in a conference room (equipped with projector & screen, no computer)
• All registered Symposium participants will receive information about your seminar by email and will be invited to register directly with you
• A brief presentation of your seminar as well as schedule and location will be included in the symposium programme and book
