Abstract Information :

ETG Risorse e tecnologia will provide the National Physics Laboratory in New Delhi with a calibration and certification system for automatic industrial emissions analysis systems (CEMS) and air quality monitoring systems (AQMS). The delivered system will be fully automated, capable of conducting tests, and issuing certificates in compliance with the EN 14181 and 15267 standards, foundational to European regulations for gas analysis systems assessment for CEMS and AQMS. The system for CEMS features a 9-channel gas blender plus an independent channel for Nitrogen cleaning, capable of generating the desired gas mixture and humidify it for conducting necessary tests. It’s capable to heating up to 350°C the mixture and maintain a temperature of 180°C throughout the testing procedures, along the entire process line. Quality control for proper generation will utilize an FTIR spectroscope provided by our company as a Standard Reference. The system for AQMS features a 8-channel gas blender plus the independent channel for Nitrogen cleaning, all piping made in stainless steel and with another FTIR spectroscope with a Liquid Nitrogen cooling system used as Standard Reference. With three communication interfaces with the AMS (Analog - 4-20 mA or Volt, Modbus RTU, and Profinet), the system will collect and autonomously process data, generate reports, and issue certificates adhering to the reference regulations. Moreover, the CEMS certification system includes an apparatus for conducting tests on "in situ" analysis systems directly within the laboratory. This involves utilizing a Stack Simulator exclusively designed for NPL by our company, providing feedback on mixing and enabling simultaneous testing on two analysis systems. In conclusion, the comprehensive solution offered by ETG risorse e Tecnologia not only ensures compliance with European standards but also enhances the efficiency of emissions and air quality monitoring through cutting-edge technology and precise testing capabilities, paving the way for new and reliable solutions for emissions analysis and air quality control.
