The Drinks reception will be held on the evening of Wednesday 8th of June 2022. As the main sponsor you will have banners in the drinks area, logos on the drinks "menu" an advert in the event catalogue and an advert / banner on the drinks reception page of the website.
Lanyards - €2,500
The Lanyard sponsor will be the only provider of the lanyards at the event. You would need to provide lanyards with a clip to attach the badges to. These will be given out to all visitors and delegates at the event in the registration area.
Badges - €3,500
The Badge sponsor will have their advert / logo and stand number printed on the back of all of the visitor and delegate badges at the event.
Bags - €2,500
The bag sponsor will be the only provider of the bags at the event. You would need to provide an exhibition bag printed with your logo / message. These will be given out to all visitors and delegates at the event in the registration area.
Poster area sponsor - €2,500
As the poster area sponsor you will have banners and posters in the poster area advertising your company.
Registration page sponsor - €3,000
As the registration sponsor you will have a banner and logo on the registration page. Everyone registering for PEFTEC will see you message.
Main conference sponsor - includes 1 x Speaker session - €5,000
As the main conference sponsor you will have banners and posters in the conference rooms. You will also have the opportunity to talk in the conference. The conference sponsor will also receive mentions in the catalogue and on pre show marketing.
Workshop room sponsorship - Posters in all 8 of the workshop rooms
As the workshop room sponsor you can brand all of the workshop rooms with posters / banners.
Pads and pens - € 750
The pads and pens sponsor will be the sole provider of pads and pens for the registration area and the conference rooms. As the sponsor you would need to provide the pads and pens.
