Engineering Futures Launch Initiative at WWEM 2018  to help Micro and Small businesses to attract Apprentices

Hertfordshire, UK - Monday 6th August 2018 - With the Water and Wastewater industry already struggling to recruit Engineering and IT Apprentices, Engineering Futures is launching an affordable brokering service at WWEM 2018; to partner Micro and Small to Medium enterprises with local schools, colleges and universities to help level the playing field with large household names and dedicated staff.

Effectively under the scheme, Engineering Futures becomes an extension to each Micro or SME compiling and presenting for and on behalf of each company virtue, thereby substantially increasing their chances of attracting the right candidates.

It is believed that the initiative could save a Micro or Small to Medium enterprise over £3,000 per vacancy fill compared to traditional recruitment companies.

Show Special: A further 20% discount is offered to companies that sign on at WWEM 2018.
