The process of submitting and abstract

You can submit your abstract using the system here. The system will ask you to create a password so that you can return and check on the status of an abstract, amend it or submit another abstract.

Once you submit your abstract you will need to pay the $50 abstract submission fee. Details of how to do this will be emailed to you and you can also submit payment here.

Why do I need to pay to submit an abstract?

As with previous ICMGP conferences, there is a $50 charge per abstract. With the 2022 conference taking place virtually we are working towards reducing the registration costs. However the licensing cost and project management fees for the abstract submission system still exist. The $50 charge contributes towards this cost and should there be an excess in revenue generated, it will be used to lower the cost of registration fees. Thank you for your understanding.

Submitting and paying for an abstract is subject to the following terms and conditions.

How much will it cost to attend the virtual ICMGP conference as a delegate / speaker?

Whilst we can reduce the cost of the venue, there are still considerable costs for the virtual platform and for the audio-visual production of the event. We believe we should be able to reduce the registration fees by around 30% - 35% which will put a professional early booking rate pass at around $455 (US Dollars) and a student early booking rate at around $260 (US Dollars). The final rate will be dependent on the number on papers / parallel sessions, but we wanted to provide guidance for you at this stage.
