SEPL started its journey in 2003 by manufacturing Sampling System Components for SWAS Analysers and then System integration of SWAS and Liquid Analysers. At Present, SEPL, supplies its manufactured products across 40 different Countries, posses two factories in Pune, one proposed Export Oriented Unit, Own offices at 4 Different Continents, 5 subsidiaries in Europe, USA, Singapore and Sri Lanka with a client base of more than 2000 across the globe. Our present strength is approximately 170 Employees out of which more than 70% are professionals.
After announcement of ‘Make in India’ campaign by government of India, our company has increased focus on indigenised manufacturing of various Analysers and equipments like Zirconia based Oxygen Analyser, CEMS Analyser, Degas Conductivity systems, Shelters, HVAC, etc. SEPL always built it`s products to bring latest technology, low maintenance, which helped us to successfully compete in global market. SEPL invests 15% of its profits every year to develop new Products and Solutions as well as to upgrade its products. Thus, SEPL is continuously striving to implement Government of India’s campaign “Make In India’ in true sense.
In 2016 company diversified its business to core Steam Engineering products under the brand name of "Steamlok Engineering" and started manufacturing and designing Steam traps, Piston valves, Float Traps, Condensate Monitoring Systems. The Thermo-Dynamic Steam Traps manufactured by Steamlok is one of the unique products which reduces maintenance time from one days to 5 mins thus by eliminating welding work, lot of hydraulic joints, leakage points, space etc.
A separate SBU for Gas Analyser System Business was formed within SEPL in Year 2018 to enhance System integration capabilities and cater Process Industries. We represent M/s.Teledyne Analytics Instruments,USA, M/s.Bartec,Germany & M/s.Go-systemelekronik GmbH, Germany for their process Analytics solutions for Gas and Liquid applications. The new SBU formation has strengthen engineering capabilities and Service network of our company. SEPL is always keen to provide application based & reliable solutions in Economical way.
SEPL also contribute in CSR activities by supporting education, agricultural developments, Rural development and Social reforms.
