There are no bad gas analysers on the market. Why are more than 70% of the gas analyser system not working properly? Sample gas conditioning does not get the right attention, due to a lack of knowledge, budget and interest. A good designed conditioning system will result in a lower cost of ownership, less maintenance, higher availability and a longer lifetime of the gas analyser system.
Be prepared when you invite the gas analyser companies to discuss the design of your analyser system. Knowing what to ask and where to focus on will result in a gas analyser system that does what it should do.
