Abstract Information :

Online pollution measurement analysers are not just the compliance monitoring tools, it help industries in several ways to analyze & reduce pollution, improve resource efficiency and improve Industry reputation. Tata Steel is one example of a company that is successfully using online analysis to address these challenges. Tata Steel has invested heavily in online monitoring systems and has developed expertise in this area. The company uses online monitoring to track its emissions and effluents, identify and address pollution problems quickly whether it is due to the process or due to the air pollution control devices, and improve its environmental performance. The intervention of digitization is the important aspect to achieve the above feet. Online analysers helps to optimize combustion processes to reduce emissions, adjust to ensure that fuel is being burned efficiently and that emissions are minimized. It helps to reduce water consumption and wastewater discharge by tracking water consumption & quality at identified areas where water can be reused or recycled. This also helped to reduce downtime and maintenance costs by monitoring the condition of equipment (air & water pollution control devices) and identify potential problems early on. This helped to reduce downtime and maintenance costs. Overall, online pollution measurement analysers are a valuable tool for industries. As the technology continues to develop, online analysers are becoming increasingly affordable and accessible, making them a valuable tool for industries of all sizes.
