It is presently Head Quartered in Goa with 12 own offices across India and with overseas operations in UAE and USA. Adage has 2 factories in Goa and the new one inaugurated in August 2022 is the World’s Largest Analytical SI facility. Systems Integration - what does that mean, what is it good for, do I need that? Any online analysis consists of more than just the analyzer(s), regardless if it is for environmental & legislative purpose like Air Quality Monitoring (AQM) and Emission Monitoring (CEMS) or for Process Monitoring. At least a suitable sampling system consisting of sample probes, sample transport, and sample conditioning has to be added to the analyzers. Does that really make it a System? Not Yet!! Also the integration of all individual components into one combined cabinet with the internal tubing & cables is required for centralized control, joint zero/span validation, and ease of maintenance is required – that’s finally turns all components into a system. The Solution Provider, like ADAGE AUTOMATION, must be capable of understanding not only the requirements of the individual analyzers, but, more important, the physical and chemical properties of the process or sample gas and the possible secondary chemical reactions between individual sample components. The same goes for the different detection technologies of instrumentation offered, be it extractive analyzers or in-situ technology. Details of integration of various analyzers into one system will be discussed, as well as the dos and don’ts of sample routing and conditioning, zero/span validation, and systems cabinet design.
