Accessibility Grants
Event organisers have a responsibility to make their conferences, workshops, meetings and training opportunities as accessible as possible. However, we know that individuals with disabilities and ongoing health conditions still face extra costs and financial challenges.
With our Accessibility Grants, you can apply for up to £1,200 per year to help with the cost of specific support to attend a chemistry-related meeting, conference, workshop or professional development event. This support might be any form of equipment, service, or other personal expense associated with meeting your access needs.
We are delighted to announce six ACTF bursaries available for Early Career Scientists presenting at SinS 2025. Each bursary will provide free registration plus £250 for travel and accommodation.
To apply, please submit a one-page document outlining the benefits of attending and why you should be considered for one of these prestigious awards. Applications should be sent to Prof. John Langley at gjlscicon@gmail.com by 12.00 12th May 2025.
This competitive process will be evaluated by a three-member sub-committee drawn from the organising committee. Successful applicants will be required to submit a report detailing their experiences and the benefits of attending the meeting by 8th August 2025.
AFSEP via its regional Clubs is offering grants to promote the participation of young scientists(PhD and young researchers < PhD+4) to ISC by paying the registration fees. The number of grants depends on the rules of each Club and of the number of applicants. Find your local group here
