This training session provides practical guidance in strategies for instrument troubleshooting. The course looks at each stage of the troubleshooting process from preparing for problems, and how to go about identifying that there is a problem. The course details the logical steps of how to break the instrument down into modules and how to troubleshoot each module. Participants will learn how to examine chromatograms, identify any problems seen and then determine which part of the instrument could be the cause and gain practical experience of this process. This course has been approved by the Royal Society of Chemistry for purposes of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
