Abstract Information :
Carbon dioxide and hydrogen can be used for a large panel of application and many of them require a high purity for these two matrices. Their quality has a fundamental importance for user and distributor. rnTo meet the various specifications and safety standard required, compounds at trace level are detected by a gas chromatograph analyzer with a universal, non-destructive, and high sensitivity detector: the pulsed discharge helium ionization detector. The response to both inorganic and organic compounds is linear over a wide range with a limit of detection in the low ppb range. rn
