Eurometaux is one of the stakeholders contributing on the Ambient Air Quality Directives Review, and it was selected to answer to a targeted stakeholder survey (TSS). One of the policy options advanced in the TSS by the European Commission is the 'Strengthening of Air Quality Monitoring, Modelling and Plans'; I will be presenting this policy option including considerations from our sector, highlighting the importance of data collection and modelling for efficient policy action (e.g., strengthening the quality of data and harmonized reporting on measurement uncertainties, etc.).
