Chair of the Working Group for Microbiological Methods, Shaun is responsible for developing and producing microbiological methods that are fit for regulatory application; including those published in the Microbiology of Drinking Water, Microbiology of Recreational and Environmental Waters and Microbiology of Sewage Sludge series.
Formerly an Inspector with the Drinking Water Inspectorate, Shaun has a thorough understanding of public and private water quality law, and is currently Wessex Water's Public Health Manager. A graduate microbiologist, Shaun worked initially for Severn Trent and then Scottish Water Laboratories.
