Rotorflush Filters Ltd is an established U.K. engineering company manufacturing and supplying high quality self-cleaning filtration equipment to the Water Industry and other industrial sectors.
In particular we supply submersible sample pumps with built-in self-cleaning intakes and wall-mounted self-cleaning analyser filters. Both products supply filtered sample water for ammonia, chlorine, phosphate and turbidity analysis.
We have developed an automatic backwash filter system that does not interrupt the flow of filtered output to analytical instrumentation.
Standard filter mesh sizes are 60, 115 and 300 microns, and 1mm and 2mm for coarser filtration. The self-cleaning analyser filters keep filter mesh clear and protect sample pumps and analytical equipment from blocking. Suspended solids, weed and other debris are pushed away from the filter screen whenever the pump is operating and without interrupting the flow of filtered sample.
They are easy to install and use and require very little, infrequent maintenance – particularly useful on more remote or unmanned sites.
We work closely with equipment suppliers and UK water companies and are continually exploring new ways to enable maintenance free water monitoring.
