At WWEM Meteor will be demonstrating the ESNET Water Quality monitoring service, as proven in the UK Water Industry. It provides a fast deployment, cost effective, robust and accurate system to measure Final Effluent. The monitoring equipment consists of solar powered portable units and quick deploy kiosks which can be installed to site in minutes.
Information of Turbidity, Ammonium, pH, Conductivity, Dissolved Oxygen and Temperature is reported in real time. Site visits and maintenance are kept to a minimum by calbrating the instrumentation at an approved laboratory, with monthly sonde changeovers. This is cost effective and ensures accurate readings.
In addition Meteor will show the MCE-Nexus remote camera system. This low power 3G camera can deliver real time, high quality images from remote locations. In use for Flood defence monitoring this enables a fast response to events on site, and reduces the requirement for regular maintenance visits to remote infrastructure
