Durag also has fully owned subsidiaries in Brazil, China, France, India, Italy, Mid-East, Russia, UK & USA, and offices in Japan & Korea.
Durag has presence in India for more than 25 years through OEMs and started its own Liaison Office in Secunderabad in 1997. Looking at the criticality of service requirement to Indian customers, Durag upgraded its Office to a full-fledged Branch Office in 2002 in Bengaluru. In order to carry out more local manufacturing and to ensure sale of all Durag Group products in Indian Rupees to customers in India, a fully-owned subsidiary was established in 2006.
Today Durag India is a ISO-9001 certified Company responsible for sale of Durag Group products in India and neighbouring countries. Durag India has factory trained technical manpower to carry out commissioning and after sales service of all Durag Group products. Durag India Engineers are also providing service support to many Durag customers in Africa, Middle East and Far Eastern Countries.
In order to reach out to more customers, Durag India has established a Partner Network spread throughout India. Durag India's Partners have expertise to provide proper guidance to customers to select required products for their application. In case of requirement they have dedicated sales & technical support from Durag India to offer solutions to customers requirement.
Durag India has more than 1,450 installations on environmental products (Dust Monitors, Flow Monitors, Mercury Analysers) and more than 4,000 installations on combustion products (Flame Scanners, High Energy Ignitors, Gas Ignitors etc.,) in various Power Plants, Refineries, Steel Plants, Cement Plants, Glass and other process Industries in India and neighbouring countries. Durag instruments are also used by many OEMs, CEMS suppliers & System Integrators as part of their package.
