FUJI CEMS - CONTINUOUS EMISSION MONITORING SYSTEMS QAL1/QAL2/QAL3 QUALIFIED

The Fuji CEMS gas analysis system enables continuous monitoring of flue gas from small, medium and large combustion plants. As required by European regulations, the Fuji CEMS is certified TUV and MCERTS in its entirety, from the sampling probe to the output of concentration measurements (CO, NOx, SO2 and O2). H20, dusts and flow are also monitored when required.

Specifically developed in collaboration with the French Ministry of Environment, the new Fuji CEM System V7 software suite enables the collection, analysis and use of data in accordance with current legislation, in particular the French decree of 3rd August 2018 and European standards EN 14181 and EN17255. Among these modules, the Fuji CEM Reports v7 and Fuji CEM Manager v7 software allow data collection, analysis and export. The Fuji ACE Data QAL3 software generates the statistical control charts needed to apply the QAL3 procedure, either manually or automatically.

ZFDM-4 – INDUSTRIAL EMISSION DUST MONITOR
Fuji Electric is proud to announce that proven LED scattered light ZFDM-4 dust monitor is now QAL1 certified by TUV according to EN15267-3. Unique on the market, ZFDM-4 is the perfect industrial emissions dust continuous monitoring instrument able to stand the hardest industrial conditions while reporting robust data in compliance with EN14181 and EN13284.

S-KEEPER 7 TM – MODULAR ANALYSIS SYSTEM FOR ON-BOARD CONTINUOUS EMISSIONS MONITORING
This on-board system for continuous measurement of ship exhaust gas is certified DNV GL, LLOYD Register, RINA Rules and Class NK in accordance with international environmental regulations and certifications (MARPOL - IMO Directives). This system integrates the latest generation of ZPA gas analyser, ZFK7 O2 Zirconium analyser and ZDL NOx converter. It has been specially designed for marine applications with potentially dusty smoke. The S-Keeper 7TM offers robustness and ease of maintenance unique on the market. - Certified and continuous measurements of CO, SO2, CO2, NOx, O2, VOC, CH4 dust.
- SO2/CO2 measurement for the control of marine scrubbers (EGCS).

ZQS LASER MARINE SOX SCRUBBER ANALYSER – CONTINUOUS MORITORING OF SO2 AND CO2 FOR SHIP SCRUBBERS
Emission control has become more stringent to reduce sulphur oxides (Sox) emitted from ships. The ZQS laser gas analyser developed by Fuji Electric will meet the customer needs by providing accurate monitoring of exhaust gases and by saving space and maintenance.
The International Maritime Organization (IMO) has strengthened emission control by adopting the “Regulation for the prevention of Pollution from ships” as stipulated in MARPOL Annex VI (MARPOL 73/78 convention) for the prevention of marine pollution by ships.
To use an exhaust gas cleaning system (ECGS), it is one of the schemas that we take cope with their regulation. It is necessary to continuously monitor the concentration of SO2 and CO2 using the gas analyser mounted on a ship according to the guidelines for the systems (IMO Resolution MEPC.259 (668)). The gas analyser developed by Fuji Electric has been certified by the classification Society (ClassNK, DNV GL) according to the above guidelines.
