Oliver Grievson is a leading global expert on wastewater monitoring technology and has worked in the wider water industry for almost thirty years. In his professional life he is an Associate Director at AtkinsRéalis working with organisations around the regulatory monitoring and compliance of wastewater assets working with them throughout the complete instrumentation asset life-cycle from process design to post installation management. Outside of his professional work he volunteers for a number of organisations including the IWA, CIWEM, InstMC, SWIG, Institute of Water and Wastewater Education amongst others where he concentrates on the use of Digital Water within the water industry and how it can be effectively developed into the mainstream of the industry, through to the development of international standards as well as the technical management and development of the next generation of engineers within a special focus within the instrumentation engineering discipline.
