No, registration for either event (https://register.visitcloud.com/survey/06jkh4sg6dbgw) will give you entry to the both WWEM and AQE.

How do I get to the NEC?

Postcode for your sat nav: B40 1NT You'll find us clearly signposted from all motorways and major routes including the M42, M40 and M6 - just pop B40 1NT in your sat nav to get to the NEC Site. What train station should attendees get off at?

Birmingham International is the nearest train station for all venues and is just a ten minute walk from the halls of the NEC. Access to the NEC is via the covered 'Bridgelink'. What Hall in the NEC is it in, and where is parking?

Hall 2 and follow the NEC signs for Parking onsite

How do I collect my Badge?

Badge Collection will be onsite just outside of Hall 2. To collect your badge please bring your badge confirmation email with you. If you’ve deleted this, don’t worry we will send it out again the week before the event, it will also include google and apple wallet passes that you can save to your phone to make it easier to find on the day. If you have any problems receiving the email confirmation, just turn up onsite and our team can search for your registration and print your badge for you.

Is there a cost to attend the exhibition or any of the technical conferences?

No, entrance to the event is free of charge and you can attend all the technical conferences and seminars. The only chargeable element for the event is the Gala dinner.

When and where is the Gala Dinner?

The AQE and WWEM Gala dinner and awards will take place on the evening of the 9th of October and is being hosted at the VOX venue which is onsite at the NEC. What’s included: Pre dinner drinks Reception, three course dinner, and ½ a bottle of wine per person. Cost: Tickets are £140 + VAT per person. When: The Drinks Reception will start at 6.30pm on the 9th of October and guests will be seated for dinner at 7pm. Dress Code: Most people wear Black Tie / Suits / Dresses, but we do not enforce a strict dress code.
