Abstract Title: Achieve New Emission Limits by Taking Control of Your Process
Presenter Name: Mr Sam Thorneycroft
Company/Organisation: a1cbiss
Country: United Kingdom

Abstract Information :

With the new reductions in emission limit values ELVs, sites can achieve the lower values by monitoring and optimising the process. By simply implementing process control instruments, sites can regulate the mass flow of raw material dosing, measure raw gas emissions, record dust concentration after a baghouse, and track the velocity of flue gases. Process optimisation reduces energy usage, cuts operating costs, reduces servicing times amp intervals, understands material usage, increases uptime, and increases the operating life of the equipment. When the installation of realtime technology is combined with stack emissions monitoring, sites will have access to a full data suite to take control of the feedforward.
